1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered through our webshop, unless otherwise stated.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
2.1 In accordance with European legislation, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. However, this right is excluded for sealed products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, such as perfumes, for hygienic reasons.
2.2 To ensure that customers can test the fragrance, each order includes a complimentary perfume sample. This allows the customer to experience the scent before unsealing the full-size perfume bottle.
2.3 If the customer wishes to cancel or return the order, this must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the products.
2.4 The sample may be used for testing purposes, but the sealed packaging of the full-size perfume bottle must remain unopened. Opened bottles cannot be returned.
2.5 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend returning items with a tracking number to prevent loss during transport.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payments can be made via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods.

4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, depending on stock availability and destination.
4.2 Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery address.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. In case of loss or damage during shipment, we will contact the carrier to resolve the issue.
4.4 Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
